STROKE: CAUSES, SYMPTOMS, PREVENTION AND CURE

One is said to have stroke when he suffered from nervous inadequacies which is caused as a result of the damage of a part of the brain. In most cases, stroke affects the old ones and the middle ages, but recently stroke is now been discovered in children.
Symptoms
The symptom of stroke depends on the blood vessels affected and the part of the brain in which it supplies blood. But in most cases, there are three parts of the blood vessels which are mostly affected and they have different symptoms. The parts are
1. Cerebral Hemorrhage: When a blood vessel supplying blood to the cerebellum becomes affected, such a person is said to be suffering from Hemorrhagic Stroke. The victim is usually active at the time of occurrence that is he might be doing something before he has a sudden and severe headache. He may start vomiting, while stiffness of the neck and back may follow. As the situation gets more worse, the victim might loose consciousness and in most cases, he eventually dies.
2. Cerebral Embolism: it occurs mostly in young ones, he develops a sudden brain supply deficit which causes short of breath and chest pains. But he gets better later on.
3. Cerebral Thrombosis: occurs mostly in old patients and he is at rest when he develops a deficiency of blood in the brain. It might be accompanied by hemiplegic-paralysis of one side of the body. I.e. one parts of his body might becomes inactive and he might also looses his speech
CURE
Once stroke occurs depends on treatment of the underlying factors and an intensive rehabilitation program.
